"Kayleigh was the perfect host. All eight of us arrived for my wife’s 50th birthday and I realized I was locked out of my email. I contacted Kayleigh and she unlocked the house for me and sent me the code via text message. She checked in to see if we needed anything and gave some local recommendations for places to visit. The house was fully equipped and clean. It is in a quiet peaceful area that has a great view of the mountains. I looked forward to another visit in the future."

We knew from the pics we were in for a treat but driving up to the property and entering the house we knew the pics didn’t tell the whole story. Simply put Plume is AH-MAZ-ING! Gorgeous mountain sunsets, huge windows, welcoming wildlife (family of deer greeted us day one and appeared at sunset each evening!), and simple, minimalistic decor assured that nothing detracted from the Blue Ridge. Nights cooled off so we could enjoy the stars from the balcony. Ideal stay, ideal host, ideal house, ideal location, ideal hospitality! We sometimes say we’ll be back. But this time we mean it."

"Plume delivered all that we could have hoped for as we too a trip recently to the mountains of Va. We had the opportunity to stay at this magnificent getaway. The home delivers in every area. We had the opportunity to enjoy the mountain views in the hot tub by day and the stars by night. The firepit offered us comfort and conversation with our family as we wound down at night. That's just considering the time we spent outside...these beds are on another level...and I've never stayed in a place with a shower and separate tub as nice as the upstairs primary suite."
