Plume is about 15 minutes southeast of the Rockfish Gap entrance to Shenandoah National Park. Its Skyline Drive, which runs north to south through the middle of the entire park, is known for its beautiful drives during leaf peeping season in October.
Charlottesville and the University of Virginia area are just about 30 minutes east of Plume, where you can find dozens of great restaurants, music, and culture.
Whether you are coming to Plume with family, a group of friends, or a bachelorette party, we are within just a few miles of several venerable vineyards and wineries, such as Veritas, Valley Road Vineyards, King Family Vineyards, Hazy Mountain Vineyards.
